Thanks for supporting 24 Bit Studios! When you buy a Premium License, Here's what that means, in plain terms:

 

1. What You’re Allowed to Do

Once you purchase a beat under a Premium License, you can:

  • Use it in any kind of project (music, video, podcast, ads, etc.)

  • Monetize it however you want—no platform limits

  • Release your song on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.

  • Use it in music videos, live shows, and radio play

  • Edit it, remix it, etcetera—however you want

  • Keep all the royalties from your song

Basically, it’s yours to use however you like. We’re not here to limit your creativity.

2. What You’re Not Getting

This isn’t an exclusive license, which means:

  • Other artists may also license the same beat

  • You don’t own the beat itself—just the rights to use it however you want

  • You can’t resell or redistribute the beat as-is (unaltered instrumental)

 

3. What’s Included

You’ll get:

  • High-quality WAV file

  • Immediate or emailed delivery depending on how you buy

 

4. Credit (Optional but Appreciated)

You don’t have to credit us, but we always appreciate it if you do. Feel free to add:
"Prod. by 24 Bit Bangers"

 

5. Refund Policy

All beat sales are final. No refunds—once it’s been delivered, it’s yours.

 

6. Legal Notes

Even with a Premium License, 24 Bit Bangers keeps full ownership of the original beat. You're licensed to use it however you want, but we still created it and can keep licensing it to others.
